CHF operates as an inpatient facility under special approval from the Ohio Department of Health; we are not licensed by the State of Ohio nor certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and therefore do not bill for services. Income from partnerships, rents and investments support an expense budget of approximately $495,000.
