Your tax deductible contribution may be directed to one of the Foundation’s three funds.
THE WOMEN'S HEALTH AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND EDUCATION FUND helps support all of the following projects and programs of the Foundation:
• Women’s Health Resource Guide for Clark & Champaign Counties
• Reproductive health education programs for youth and parents
• Women’s Health Education Series
• Pap smears for indigent women
THE CAPITAL FUND helps build and equip the CHF Health Services Pavilion on the new hospital campus of Springfield Regional Medical Center.
THE KIDNEY HEALTH FUND helps provide medication and transportation for indigent patients on dialysis.
